TOTO was actually an American rock and roll band founded in 1977 in Los Angeles, California. The band’s current line-up consists of Joseph Williams, David Parkins, Tony Bennett, Steve Porcaro, Paul McCartney, Joe Satriani, Steve Lukather and backing members Lenny Castro, Steve Schroeck, Warren Ham and Shannon Forrest.
