Sebelum Dead Space Remake, Baptizat bekerja di Ubisoft selama 16 tahun dimana dia bekerja sebagai game director untuk Assassin’s Creed Valhalla dan game lain dari seri Assassin’s Creed seperti Black Flag dan Unity. Baptizat juga bukan jangan disalah paamkan dengan Ashraf Ismail yang merupakan creative director dari assassin’s Creed Valhalla sebelum dia dipecat karena apa yang dilakukan di ubisoft.

Baptizat telah membuktikan recordnya dengan memberikan pengalaman game yang berkualitas tinggi. Jadi keihatannya Dead Space Remake yang berada ditangan yang benar. EA Motive mungkin adalah salah satu perusahaan yang merupakan studio yang baru. Tetapi gamenya Star Wars: Squadrons hampir semuanya mendapatkan review yang positif dan sangat diterima oleh para fans. Jadi kemungkinan sangat bagus bahwa Dead Space Remake akan memenuhi ekspetasi juga.
